I had the pleasure to interview the talented photographer Fabio Munis, who shot the campaign for both summer and winter collection of my BFF Matteo Manzini! Fabio was born in Italy in 1984 in a small town in Puglia called Mesagne. He began to study photography at the age of 22 in a private Italian photography school in Bari where he started to approach to the analog and digital photography, acquiring all techniques in this field. He moved to Milan in 2010 where he continued his studies at the prestigious John Kaverdash ACADEMY specializing himself in a fashion photography. At the beginning he worked as a photographer assistant for Vogue Italia and Condé Nast. In this professional environment he developed and earned techniques and experience in fashion photography before taking up editorial and commercial projects in Europe and in the U.S. His distinctive approach towards photography is marked by his love for high fashion. Nowadays he collaborates with the Jaunties Agency. I used to work with him a lot of times and I can personally confirm his great professionalism and love for his job.
