Ci sono un sacco di cose difficilissime che facciamo noi donne facendole sembrare le più naturali di questo mondo, ma bluffiamo di brutto! Alcuni esempi? Il make up, la ceretta all’inguine e indossare i tacchi. E’ buffo pensare che sono stati inventati nel II secolo d.C. per dare maggiore stabilità ai cavalieri sulle staffe durante gli scontri, e che, oggi, siamo noi a compiere delle vere battaglie per portarli con disinvoltura. Ma il gioco vale la candela, perché solo loro riescono a farci sentire più femminili e a regalarci una figura più slanciata. Se non fosse per il patimento subito, potremmo anche pensare di usare le scarpe alte tutti i giorni, battezzandole come quelle da combattimento quotidiano, ma purtroppo, a volte, è necessario “firmare una tregua” coi piedi e passare ad altro: alle flat, comode, veloci e al tempo stesso eleganti. Un paio a stagione è quasi un diritto inalienabile e se siete state pazienti, aspettando l’arrivo dei saldi, vi consiglio di dare un’occhiata a quelle proposte da Giuseppe Zanotti. There are a lot of extremely difficult things that we women do as if they are second-nature to us but we are bloody cheating! Some examples? Make-up, bikini wax and wearing high-heel shoes. It’s strange to think that high-heels were invented in the second century after Christ to give more stability to knights on the staff during fights and, nowadays, it’s our turn to fight in a trial to wear them with nonchalance. But it’s worth the trial as high-heels are the only thing who can make us feel more feminine and slender. If it wasn’t for the feet suffering, we could also think to wear high-heels more often as every-day fighting shoes but, sometimes, it’s necessary to “agree a truce” and pass to something else: flat shoes which are comfortable and elegant at the same time.
