It’s the sign of a summer I’ll wish it never ends… – Photos are for sure signs, indelible marks of past times, moments, pieces of our life that we immortalised to keep them close to us, to look at them and smile, dreaming to live those emotions again and again. Years go by, but this has been the summer of the seaside, of the games on the beach, of kites flying high in the sky. It has been the summer of my swimming-pool, of our swimming-pool….that of swimming competitions with Emma, that when Carola has learned to swim. The summer of the car of our dreams, the summer of early wake-up calls to arrive at the beach and have long walks, with music in our ears, to reach the bathing resort of my best friend. It has been the summer of long cycling tours, that when Emma has learned how to use hers. The summer when Matteo joined me to work together and we had terrible fights…always ended with a hug and with us saying that we fight a lot as we love each other too much. The summer when we’ve met Rocco, the adorable Londoner child who has made friend with my daughters, the summer of their best friends forever: pony horses! The summer of my 7000 coffees…mainly after dinner in a desperate trial to stay awake and finish to write my book.  The summer that I’ve shared with you, my beloved readers, with my posts…from the bottom of my heart, with the desire to share with you the cheerfulness that I always keep with me!
